1. Get Pre-Approved.

Before we start the search, we’ll connect you with a trusted lender to get pre-approved. This helps us determine your budget and puts you in a strong position when it’s time to make an offer.

2. The Home Search.

Let’s go! We’ll explore neighborhoods, tour homes, and find the perfect place that fits your lifestyle and needs. As your REALTOR® we’ll be with you every step of the way to answer questions and provide insights, new listing opportunities and exclusive market data.

3. Make An Offer.

Once we’ve found “the one,” We’ll help craft a competitive offer and handle negotiations to get you the best possible deal. Don’t worry—we will walk through every detail so you feel confident in your decision.

4. Under Contract.

After your offer is accepted, we’ll help schedule inspections, the mortgage company will order an appraisal, and we will handle any necessary negotiations. Our job is to make sure everything checks out so you can move forward with peace of mind.

5. Closing Day.

It’s time to sign the final paperwork, grab your keys, and celebrate—you’re officially a homeowner! We’ll be there to make sure everything goes smoothly and answer any last-minute questions.
